Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking, with
balance due on arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Direct deposit.
Special conditions apply for Christmas & Public Holiday long
weekends, balance of payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Please note a minimum of 3 nights apply on Public Holiday Long Weekends.
Cancellation
WE
UNDERSTAND CIRCUMSTANCES CAN CHANGE BUT IN THE EVENT THAT A RESERVATION
IS CANCELLED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE.
Cancellations notified more than 60 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund less $100.00 Administration fee.
Cancellations notified less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid unless the property is re-booked.
If
the property is re-booked, the deposit may be used for a future booking
less administration fee. Any changes to a booking, will be charged at
full booking rate unless 30 days notice is given prior to arrival.
No Refund can be given in the event of non-arrival. Travel Insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel.
Strict Policy - Birks River Retreats maintain a strict policy with no unauthorized parties, group gatherings or functions are strictly prohibited. The tariff quoted for the Retreats are for Guests only, extra charges will apply per person if extra persons use the facilities or stay on any night.
Servicing - Birks River Retreats are self catering and do not include daily servicing unless otherwise specified. For stays of 3 nights or more a service will occur once during your stay at a mutual time to suit.
Pets - Under no circumstances Birks River Retreats can not accommodate pets.
Discounts - A discount for weekly bookings in the same Retreat is available.
Children cannot be accommodated at the Retreats unless done so with prior approval.
Smoking - Birks River Retreats are a smoke free venue.
Privacy - All Retreats are guests only Retreats.
